Your responsibilities:
- Run our Dubai office independently
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates
- Oversee the full recruitment process from A to Z
- Generate sales and secure new clients for staffing services
- Act as the main point of contact for international clients and professionals
What we expect from you:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment and staffing, combined with strong sales experience
- Proven track record in recruitment and client acquisition
- Entrepreneurial mindset, result-driven, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the international labor market (experience in the Gulf region is a plus)
- Willingness to work and live in Dubai (short- or long-term)
